I have nearly 10 years experience in the fitness industry and during this time I have established myself as a successful Personal Trainer. I have worked with a wide variety of people making a difference in the way people look and feel about themselves and having a positive impact on people’s lives.

Hi my name is Jason Turner Personal Trainer ( aka "JTPT" ) - I am a CYQ qualified Personal Trainer and have been for the past few years. To tell you a little bit about myself, from a young age I always loved sports, athletics and anything else that involves fitness. At school I was in all the sports teams; I did boxing and loved all aspects of athletics and would quite often be in more than one event.
I have been involved in the fitness industry for many years now. I started training at my local gym over 12 years ago now. I was dealing with trying to lose some extra weight and shape up; I would try and learn everything from anyone I could. After some time I got myself a personal trainer and this guy was amazing; he loved what he did and got me right into it, I learnt a lot.
After a while I decided this was the kind of job for me, I'm a people person and love fitness so I enrolled in my local college and spent 18 months studying to become a CYQ registered personal trainer, I am also a member of REPS, the registered exercise professionals. In the past I have worked as a fitness advisor and Personal Trainer for Bannatynes, now I work for myself out of my personal training studio gym that is fully equipped with cv equipment, weights and all manner of other fitness equipment to get the job done.
So there we go, that's a bit about me. It is possible to get the body you want, to lose weight, to tone up and have fun. Fitness should be an enjoyable thing and when you train with me we look at all fitness components and modalities and make it personal to you.

One to one personal training sessions in my gym as well as your home and outdoors tailored specifically to your needs, includes progress report, warm-up, workouts, cool down and assisted stretch. I use a progressive model of training to get you to your fitness goals in a quick, consistent manner. Diet advice and motivation techniques also included.
Your core muscles are the ones that help stableise your body and keep you posture correct. If you have a bad back or poor core strength get some personal training sessions with me and I will show you a range of great core exercises to give you a strong core and a flat stomach.

If you are a guy or a girl looking to put on some serious muscle I am the body building personal trainer for you, I help loads of skinny guys put on a couple of stone in solid muscle, get over weight guys lean and solid and helps girls get some amazingly toned bodies. Training with me you can expect to put of 1-2lb (.8kg) of solid muscle per week.
My home gym is equipped with Gymnastic rings overhead bar a TRX and all manor of body weight training apparatus. Over recent years I've gained a lot of experience in this style of training and let me tell you with practice it can give you ultimate core activation, full body awareness and unlimited Nuro connections and improved motor skills. I have been working with Jason for a year now, before that I was always on a diet and going to the gym with little effect. Within 10 months my body has totally changed and I have healthy diet to aid my toned body. Jason is easy going, tough when needed and flexible around my crazy life style, I am happy to say I will be working with Jason for a long time.

Jason is a brilliant & motivating personal trainer with a friendly and enthusiastic personality. Jason has changed my attitude to fitness and given me and my wife a new lease of life.
